No. This is a Lennox 3-ton central heat pump system with a multi-position indoor air handler. It is designed for ducted whole-home heating and cooling. A ductless mini-split usually heats and cools one room or one area. This is whole-home central comfort.
The package includes a high-quality Lennox 3-ton double-fan outdoor cold weather rated heat pump, Lennox 3-ton multi-position indoor air handler, 10 kW electric backup heat and programmable thermostat/controller.
No. This is an equipment-only sale. Installation is not included. The system must be installed by qualified HVAC and electrical professionals.
Yes. This package includes 10 kW electric backup heat. The heat pump provides efficient heating and cooling, while the electric backup heat is available when required.
This Lennox system is designed for cold-climate operation. The system operates in heating mode down to all temperatures and heat pump to -30°C. Even at -15°C, it is still producing just over 3 tons of heating output, approximately 38,000 BTU, without needing the electric backup strips.
With product registration, this system includes a 12-year limited compressor warranty and a 12-year limited warranty on all other covered components. Warranty eligibility depends on proper installation, product registration, Lennox warranty terms and application requirements.
When the homeowner registers the equipment for the 12-year Lennox warranty, they may also have the option to add 3-5-10 years of labour warranty. Warranty registration and start-up report, optional labour coverage, pricing, eligibility and terms are subject to Lennox warranty program requirements.

Absolutely. Freight is extra and must be paid before shipment. Financed purchases are pickup only.
